Maggie L wrote a review Dec Macau, China 7 contributions. Arrived to the restaurant earlier than the opening time, so we saw them holding briefing in a circle, we already feel the warm welcome from watching outside LOL.
The restaurant provides lots of Pops for us to decorate ourselves and made us into the atmosphere. Santa comes around to talk with the kids and gave them Xmas cookies that they treat as treasure.
Other then the feast, as a diner on that day, we can also join the complimentary activities such as decorating ginger bread and face painting.
While other live show such as ballets and live band playing Christmas songs bring us to a higher mood to welcome the Christmas Day! We had a really great evening there.

We booked the room package with dining voucher MOP and breakfast. When we were queuing for check in, my son wanted to go to toilet, so my husband took him in.
Just then, it was my turn to check in and my 1 year old daughter didn't know what was going on and asked me to push her pram away. A hotel staff came out and give her an MGM lion, and she was very happy playing with it while I was checking in.

For my case, i got wrong information from AGODA about my room type, MGM Staffs can't help anything better.
Even, my friend forgot her stuffs after she checked out, i have all documents to get those stuffs back for my friend, MGM Staff gave me a wrong email, can you imagine that?

Your experience means a lot to me and to the entire team. The rooms, hotel, decoration, restaurants are all very nice. Not too crowded as compared to the hotels next door Sands Cotai.
However, the soft skills of the staff needs to be upgraded. Short story: I booked 2 rooms under my name because I settled using my credit card and asked the hotel if I could add my father's name to my room double beds because he will be checking in first.
Hotel's reply was absolutely no because it was early bird so I cannot make any amendments. So same goes for the other room which was supposed to be for a family friend and her husband.
One staff even replied something along the lines of paying extra I think. I wasn't exactly changing the dates, I would still arrive later that night, but I just wanted to make sure they are settled first.
After many emails, they replied and said OK. So if you are booking multiple rooms, I would suggest you have all the names sorted waaaaayyyy in advance to avoid chaos.

Best regards Front Office Attendant Rooms — Front Office Guest Experience. We booked a month ahead of our stay, but it was almost canceled in the last minute due to the delay of MGM opening.
It was really headache to find another hotel, especially the big holiday season. Finally we got the room, but I had been extremely stressed, but there was no compensation to this.
We arrived in the hotel around 3pm, but our room was not even ready, so we wasted another hour. Again, no compensation.
The room was nice and clean in general. Housekeeping was good, staffs were nice. However, the hotel needs more entertainments especially comparing with its neighbors.
Casino was fine, but not very well organized, for example, we had to wait for hours to get a table in the noodle place in the casino even though we could see hundreds of empty tables.
